Refund and Warranty Policies

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Tawa Product you purchased online, and you wish to make a warranty claim, we advise you to reach out to our Customer Service by emailing [email protected]. Our Customer Service team will then apprise you on the steps you must take before you can return the Product. Please verify the period of time in which you have had the Product since its shipment, as well as whether or not the Product meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy Guidelines to determine your eligibility for a Warranty Claim.

Scope of Warranty

The Warranty does not cover damage to or defects on a Product that, in Tawa’s professional opinion, has become faulty as a result of any or a combination of the following:

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Theft of the Product;
  • Transport or shipping;
  • TAbuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents, including but not limited to storing the Product in adverse conditions, water damage, or dropping the Product onto the ground;
  • Use of the Product in any purpose other than those expressly described by Tawa;
  • Use of the Product in any purpose other than those authorized under the law;
  • Unauthorized alterations, disassembly, tamperings, or repairs made to the Product; and
  • Failure to comply with any additional guidelines or user manuals for the Product which Tawa may provide from time to time.

Please note that changes in the colors of products shipped to customers may vary from the colors of the products they ordered through the Site due to countless factors (e.g., differences in the color modes of the image files, browsers, printer’s ink). Such color variances do not constitute acceptable grounds for product returns. Note also that a change of mind is not an acceptable reason for making a warranty claim. The Warranty does not cover perishable components of the Product. Moreover, Tawa will neither repair nor replace a Product if the buyer has been refunded for its purchase price.

Evaluation of the Warranty Claim

After confirming the return details, Tawa holds the right to evaluate the Warranty Claim. In its sole discretion, it may either:

  • Accept the Claim, in which case Tawa shall proceed to either replace or repair the Product in accordance with the Warranty; or
  • Reject the Claim, in which case Tawa shall return the Product to the customer at the latter’s sole expense.

Should Tawa become obligated to repair a Product, it can exercise its sole discretion and repair the Product using refurbished parts, or decide to replace the Product with the same or an equivalent item or parts in lieu of repairing it. The repair or replacement of a Product or part does not entitle the Customer to a new Warranty Period, nor does it entitle the Customer to an extension of the Warranty Period with respect to the Product. In the event that Tawa becomes unable to replace or repair a Product, Tawa shall refund the Customer for its purchase price.

Should Tawa become obligated to repair a Product, it can exercise its sole discretion and repair the Product using refurbished parts, or decide to replace the Product with the same or an equivalent item or parts in lieu of repairing it. The repair or replacement of a Product or part does not entitle the Customer to a new Warranty Period, nor does it entitle the Customer to an extension of the Warranty Period with respect to the Product. In the event that Tawa becomes unable to replace or repair a Product, Tawa shall refund the Customer for its purchase price.

The Warranty shall only be transferable to another (“Recipient”) if the original Customer provides the Recipient with proof of original purchase.

Claims and Exchange

For claims regarding lost packages, damaged packages, missing contents, incorrect products, and incorrect delivery, we advise you to email [email protected] to make your claims. Because our inventory constantly changes, we do not allow exchanges.

Earnings Disclaimer
